Reservation/Cancellation Policies
A 100% deposit is required at the time of booking payable by check.
In the case of cancellations:
- within 30 days of arrival - the deposit is non-refundable
- 30-60 days prior to arrival - 50% of your deposit will be refunded
- more than 60 days prior to arrival - 90% of your deposit will be refunded
